Explore ways to help students dig into the deeper layers of texts, enabling them to not only understand what the text means, but also why the text matters. This course is perfect for teachers of language arts, as well as teachers of other content areas looking to nurture thoughtful, independent readers.
Goals and Objectives: As a result of participation in this course, students will be able to:
