The course also investigates how personality is assessed. The focus is on approaches that psychology has developed for understanding personality and on applications for organizational processes.

  • Examine factors that may influence an individual's personality development.

Personality Analysis

  • Examine the development and reliability of personality measurements.
  • Analyze individual personality characteristics using various personality theories.

Personality Interactions

  • Analyze organizational challenges through the application of personality theory.
