Organizational Research and Process Consultation
Course Description
This course is based on the application by the student of organizational research and process consultation and is intended to re-emphasize to the student the challenges faced by leaders who must balance the needs of organizational stakeholders. The course requires the student to synthesize and integrate the theory and practice learned from all of the courses in the MAOM curriculum and apply them toward the development of recommended solutions for specific managerial situations found within the organizational environment.

- Analyze strategies to build client relationships.

Consultative Research and Applications
- Examine data collection and analysis tools.

Analysis and Findings
- Sort and compile data.
- Derive findings.
- Develop a strategy and present findings.
Findings, Conclusions, Recommendations, and Limitations
- Develop and evaluate findings, conclusions, recommendations, and limitations.
- Review project status.
- Evaluate implementation tools and resources.
Process Consultation Project Presentation
- Integrate process consultation skills, client expectations, and project and program outcomes.
- Critique the effectiveness of project consultation recommendations.
- Evaluate the outcomes from the MAOM Program.
