Hospitality Decision Analysis
Course Description
This capstone course integrates the principles and concepts of hospitality operations management. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to prepare a service delivery model, conduct financial analyses, and develop sales and marketing strategies within a hospitality organization.

- Examine the role of strategic management in the hospitality industry.
- Analyze the integration of lodging; events and recreation; food and beverage; and facility management operations in a hospitality organization.
- Analyze the impact of an event on the different hospitality business segments (food and beverage; events and recreation; lodging; and facilities).

- Calculate financial ratios specific to the hospitality industry.
