This course examines, analyzes, and applies to the modern business environment the nature, formation and system of law in the United States.

Legal Environment

  • Identify the stages and processes of a civil case.
  • Compare and contrast civil and criminal law.
  • Analyze the role of dispute resolution in Business Law.

Business Organizations and Ethics

  • Differentiate business structure by their strengths and weaknesses.
